Work with clients, as well as with internal product and engineering teams, to deploy SaaS solutions that deliver ROI-impact for our enterprise clients. Role Responsibilities Manage client engagements from pre-sales to onboarding deployment and trainingWork with clients and internal teams to provide taxonomy, ontology, and classification expertise, ensuring solutions meet user needs and business objectives. This role requires a blend of product and project management skills and knowledge graph expertise. Be a product evangelist contributing to online content and in-person events. Gather and prioritize client requirements, and contribute fresh ideas to the product development roadmap. Experience NeededIn depth Python experience Strong client-facing skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsPractical experience developing taxonomies, ontologies and knowledge graphs. Practical experience managing human and-or machine classification. In-depth knowledge of semantic web standards (RDF, SKOS, OWL, SPARQL, etc.). Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with graph databases, specifically including RDF graph databases.
