Make playtime the best time\u 2014 for our littlest members and their families. As a Kids\u 2019 Club Associate, you create a safe, clean, and fun space where kids can play and parents can relax. You\u 2019 ll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly. What We\u 2019 re Looking For:Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standards. Engage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free play. Respond to each child\u 2019 s physical and emotional needs with care. Keep the space spotless and safe\u 2014 sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety procedures. Label belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperwork. Communicate with parents; escalate questions/concerns to a manager as needed. Let parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids\u 2019 Club capacity. Attend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergencies.
