This individual will be responsible for meeting BCI's annual sales targets and margins.Job Title: Director of Organizational Employment ServicesDepartment: ProgramsReports to: Chief Program OfficerPosition SummaryThe Program Director of Organizational Employment Services (OES) provides leadership, oversight, and performance management of individualized, on-site vocational support services for approximately 250 adults with disabilities across two locations, including St. Peters and Lincoln County.This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered employment services within facility-based employment. The Program Director is responsible for staff leadership, program consistency, stakeholder engagement, and the achievement of measurable outcomes through the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Service DeliveryOversee the implementation of individualized employment and vocational support services within packaging, light manufacturing, and related program areasEnsure consistent, high-quality service delivery across both St. Peters and Lincoln County locationsPromote person-centered practices that support skill development, independence, and meaningful employment outcomesEnsure appropriate workplace accommodations are identified and implementedStaff Supervision & Workforce ManagementDirectly supervise Employment Support Specialists and related staff, including:Scheduling and attendance through ADPPerformance management and evaluationsCoaching, training, and developmentHiring, disciplinary action, and termination recommendationsFoster a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team cultureEnsure staff are equipped to provide effective job coaching and supportsPerformance Management & KPI TrackingEstablish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Ensure employment goals are developed, tracked, and achievedProvide regular performance updates and insights to the Chief Program OfficerCompliance with documentation from: DESE, DOL, CARF and SB40 boardsAdditional ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with families, support teams, and community stakeholdersRepresent the organization in community engagement, advocacy, and outreach effortsParticipate in events, tours, and activities that promote the organization's missionEnsure a safe, supportive, and accessible work environment for individuals with disabilitiesOversee incident reporting, documentation, and follow-upPromote adherence to safety protocols and risk mitigation practicesParticipate in organizational committees, meetings, and strategic initiativesProvide reports, program updates, and tours as requestedAll other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Business, or related field is preferred3-5+ years of experience in vocational services, disability services, or workforce developmentPrior supervisory or program management experience requiredExperience managing services across multiple locations preferredAbility to manager priorities and deadlines efficientlyProficiency in data tracking systems and performance measurementStrong understanding of person-centered practices and employment supportsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data tracking systemsPhysical Requirements:Ability to pull up to 25 pounds.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.Ability to reach, turn and twist above and below the waist.Work Environment: The work environment characteristics may vary.
