Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain following an injury or illness. You will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our patients by providing personalized care and developing treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.Status options: Full Time, Part Time, PRNResponsibilities include but not limited to:- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function focused on rehabilitation- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Educate patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies- Manage point-of-service documentation for accurate and up-to-date patient service records- Collaborate with other clinic staff and outside healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patientsSkills:- Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology- Experience working at outpatient clinic is preferred- Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team membersQualifications:Ability to handle physical workloadAbility to manage multiple treatmentsAbility to build rapport with patientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood time managementAble to multitaskGreat team playerWilling to learn and improve selfNew grads are welcome
