The successful candidate will guide cross-functional project teams, pioneer innovative engineering techniques, and ensure all newly developed solutions meet stringent quality, cost, and manufacturability benchmarks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of new flow-control and industrial equipment products.Support product initiatives from initial concept through production.Work with project teams to deliver new-product and product-maintenance activities on schedule.Research and apply technologies that support product performance and market competitiveness.Translate and present intricate technical data clearly to internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors.Communicate technical information clearly with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.Establish and maintain effective engineering practices.Support improvements to design processes, product quality, and departmental productivity.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial equipment design, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fluid dynamics or related manufacturing sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.Advanced technical proficiency using SolidWorks for 3D design.Experience with SolidWorks, FEA, CFD, Microsoft Project, and Excel.Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel for thorough project tracking and data analysis.Strong technical communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-cultural team settings.Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
