Role Description This contract role is for a Senior Tax Preparer, located in Norco, LA, with hybrid work opportunities allowing for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sr. Tax Preparer will oversee the preparation and filing of individual and business tax returns, ensure compliance with tax laws, and provide guidance to clients on tax planning. Additional responsibilities include evaluating and reviewing financial documents, keeping up-to-date with tax regulations, and working collaboratively with clients to optimize their financial outcomes. Qualifications Strong expertise in Tax Preparation, Tax, and Tax LawProficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and providing accurate financial insightsSolid understanding of Finance principles and related practicesExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsProficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is highly advantageous
