Customer Service/Production Assistant

Job DescriptionCTL Aerospace is a full-service FAA/EASA/CAAC Repair Station providing services to the aerospace industry since 1946. The CTL Repair Division specializes in the overhaul and repair of aircraft metal and composite components.We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment as a Customer Service/ Production Assistant at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).Job RequirementsCompiles and records production data from such documents as customer orders, work orders, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets.Maintains files of documents used and prepared.Assist in shop floor document schedule release.Uses computer to enter, maintain, access, or retrieve electronic files, reports, or data.Sorts and distributes work orders or material to workers.Prepares, maintains, and/or distributes customer order status information and reports.May assist Production Manager and supervisors in locating and status reporting of jobs on the shop floor and status of jobs at outside subcontracting vendors.Various other duties related to production office document control will be assigned.Job QualificationsUS CitizenHS Diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a discrete job shop manufacturing environment a plusGood working knowledge of basic computer software (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsMust be self-directed, detail oriented, reliable, and have strong initiative, and have good time management and muti-tasking skillsAbility to work in a manufacturing and office environmentExperience with ERP/MRP systems a plusCTL Aerospace will provide a salary commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package.To learn more about our company, please visit http://www.ctlaerospace.com.CTL Aerospace is an EOE/M/F/Disability/Vet and Drug Free EmployerVeteran Founded Small Business
