Job Description Pay Rate: $22-$27 hourlySchedule: Mon-Fri 6am-4:30pm (Mandatory OT as needed)Location: Traveling between Midlothian/Waxahachie facilities, will eventually be Midlothian full time, travel as needed in company provided vehicle.Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.Summary/Scope of Role: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assistingwith and the completion of directed tasks from the Maintenance Manager. This includesfacilities and utilities side of maintenance, light plumbing/electrical/HVAC activities,compressed air and bulk gases, order/pick-up of parts, and other duties as assignedunder the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.Key Attributes Required:High self-motivationMust be professional and ethicalExceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently and self-guide work tasksTeam-orientedExcellent communication skills (oral, written, phone, electronic)Duties and Responsibilities:1. Taking direction from the Maintenance Manager for assigned daily and weeklyjob tasks.2. Performs general building maintenance as directed, such as lamp replacement,simple construction, wiring, repair of overhead doors and plumbing.3. Perform preventive maintenance.4. May be required to assist with construction and installation of systems andexpansion of existing systems.5.
