Technical Project Manager Retail Domain Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to planning, execution, testing, and deployment. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, architecture, and external partners/vendors. Ensure solution designs are scalable, secure, and meet quality standards in collaboration with architects and engineering teams. Track project progress, monitor milestones, and drive timely delivery of outcomes. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain risk and issue logs. Manage communication among stakeholders, including status updates, dashboards, and executive reporting. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure deliverable quality. Ensure projects adhere to governance, best practices, and quality standards. Apply knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile/hybrid), solution architecture, SDLC, and emerging technologies such as AI/automation. Deliver project outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget.
