Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for a Contracts & Procurement Administration role to support IT contracting and procurement operations within a government environment. This position will work closely with the Contract Manager Lead and cross-functional teams to manage the full contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, and support efficient procurement processes.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, monitoring, and close-outSupport procurement activities by preparing and managing RFPs, RFQs, RFBs, and RFIsCoordinate with internal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and contractors across departmentsFacilitate procurement processes including:Kick-off and pre-proposal meetingsDocument preparation and reviewApproval tracking and workflow coordinationLegal and purchasing reviewsManage vendor interactions, including demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and documentation trackingMonitor contract financials such as funding, burn rate, and expendituresTrack and manage contract performance, renewals, compliance, and scope changesSupport dispute resolution and vendor performance issuesMaintain accurate and organized records of all contract documentation (digital and physical)Communicate contract terms, processes, and updates clearly across all levels of the organizationSupport Contract Office operations:Calendar management and schedulingMeeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and action itemsEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procurement regulations, and audit requirementsPerform additional duties as required Required QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of contract management experienceMinimum 2+ years of IT administrative support experience4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Basic understanding of IT infrastructure conceptsBachelor s degree or equivalent experienceStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with IT procurement in government environments (Federal, State, or Local)Knowledge of public sector contracting and compliance processesExperience supporting enterprise-level or high-visibility IT programsFamiliarity with contract or procurement management tools/systems
