Growing together.This role supports the Optum Enterprise Solutions (OES) team by coordinating day to day administrative operations, meeting logistics, communications, as well as experience and strategy related project support. The coordinator helps ensure the team operates efficiently by managing calendars, preparing materials, organizing meetings and events, tracking follow ups, supporting onboarding and office processes, and maintaining strong communication across internal partners.The role also provides project coordination support for OES initiatives, including status updates, timeline tracking, documentation, presentation support, and follow up on action items to help ensure work is completed on time and in scope. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.Primary Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate calendars, including meetings, appointments, events, and schedule changesCoordinate meetings by preparing agendas, compiling materials, documenting notes, and tracking follow up itemsDraft, edit, proofread, and format emails, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other team communicationsSupport administrative operations, including office processes, supplies, hardware and software coordination, and new employee onboardingCoordinate logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, conferences, team events, and other experience related forumsMaintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information, leadership communications, and team documentsAssist with OES project coordination, including tracking timelines, preparing status updates, organizing files, and following up on deliverablesCreate and maintain basic reports, trackers, presentation materials, and project documentationProactively identify administrative issues, resolve routine challenges, and recommend improvements to help the team operate more effectivelyPartner with internal stakeholders across OES and business teams to support coordination and communicationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDMust be 18 years of age OR older1+ years of applicable administrative, coordinator, consumer, product, OR business support experienceExperience preparing meeting materials, status updates, reports, and presentationsExperience in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPointMicrosoft Excel experience, including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and importing data into spreadsheetsMicrosoft PowerPoint experience creating and editing presentationsAbility to work full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday.
