Machining and Assembly Engineer

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Automatic Machining & Assembly Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machining & assembly line machinery. This role demands precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.Machine Operation: Operate, adjustment and monitor automatic machining & assembly lines to ensure a efficient and high quality production processQuality Assurance: Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product qualityAdjust and Change of Cutting tools at the CNCsMaintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machining & assembly cells to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtimeSafety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentProcess Optimization: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product qualityMaintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.Communication: In-depth communication with the quality departments to ensure high component qualityRequirement:Bachelors degree preferred3+ yrs experience Operating automatic machining & Assembly processesAdvanced CNC Programming skillsABB / Fanuc Robots Handling
