Company Description GrassMasters Indiana specializes in providing high-quality sod products and services, including sod rolls and sprigs for residential, commercial, and athletic purposes. We supply a variety of sod types, such as RTF Self-Repairing Turf, Water Saver ® Tall Fescue, and Kentucky Bluegrass. Our expertise extends to laying and installing sod for lawns, golf courses, and sports fields like soccer, baseball, and football. In addition to turf, we also offer a wide range of natural landscaping stones, such as Boulders, Ledgerock, Cobblers, and Flagstone. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Princeton, IN, for the position of Laborer. Responsibilities include assisting with sod production, transportation, and installation across various projects, including residential lawns, golf courses, and athletic fields. Duties also involve operating basic hand tools and machinery, moving and organizing materials, and ensuring quality standards. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness and safety standards at worksites while assisting in physically demanding tasks. Qualifications Physical endurance and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materialsFamiliarity with operating basic tools and machinery used in landscaping or agricultureStrong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions effectivelyBasic knowledge of sod and/or landscaping products is a plusCommitment to safety and maintaining clean, organized workspacesAttention to detail with an ability to contribute to the quality assurance of products and servicesPossession of a valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Princeton, INPrevious experience in outdoor labor, farming, or landscaping is preferred but not required
