Manufacturing Technician

About the Role As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by managing production workflows and ensuring the integrity of our industrial components. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail to transform raw materials into high-quality finished systems, directly impacting our ability to meet complex environmental and industrial demands. Responsibilities Execute daily production schedules by operating, monitoring, and calibrating manufacturing machinery to achieve optimal throughput. Perform precise assembly of industrial fans and process vessels, ensuring all components meet rigorous quality specifications. Maintain a high-performance work environment by applying 5S principles to keep the production floor organized and efficient. Conduct thorough quality inspections and document measurements to ensure strict adherence to pass/fail criteria. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize operational reliability. Manage material handling and inventory documentation, including accurate data entry for production logs and process deviations. Collaborate with the production team during daily briefings to align on productivity goals and safety standards. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production setting. Proficiency with hand tools, measurement devices, and basic mechanical assembly techniques. Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills Experience with thermoplastic processing or specialized industrial coatings. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts or continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints or assembly diagrams. Experience with data entry software for tracking production metrics and scrap rates.
