About OpenWorld Psychology OpenWorld Psychology is a multi-state group practice specializing in evidence-based therapy, neuropsychological assessment, and neurodevelopmental evaluation. With clinics in California and Washington, our specialty areas include digital wellness and neurodiversity-affirming care across the lifespan. We are expanding our marketing capacity to better reach the families and professionals who can benefit from our services, including Flathead Valley.Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented, aesthetically minded Marketing Assistant to support our growing practice. This role encompasses social media management, digital and print advertising, direct mail campaigns across multiple states, and partnership/collaboration research. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with both creative production and logistical coordination, and who can work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the OpenWorld Psychology social media pipeline across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking Reviewing and editing marketing assets (social graphics, flyers, mailers, event materials) using Canva, adhering to brand guidelines for typography, color palette, and visual style Plan and execute direct mail campaigns targeting referral sources and prospective clients across California, Washington, and other states as needed Research and identify potential collaboration partners, including pediatricians, schools, therapists, and community organizations in target markets Coordinate digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google) with guidance from the Executive Director, including audience targeting, budget tracking, and performance reporting Maintain and update event listings and promotional content on the OpenWorld website (Squarespace) Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Canva AI features) to streamline content creation, copywriting, and campaign ideation Track campaign performance metrics and prepare brief monthly summaries Ensure all public-facing materials are reviewed and approved before distribution, per practice policy Required Qualifications Proficiency with Canva (or equivalent design tools) with demonstrated ability to produce polished, brand-consistent materials Strong visual eye for aesthetics: margin alignment, image balance, white space, and typographic consistency Familiarity with social media management (scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, platform best practices)Comfort using AI tools for content drafting, image generation, and workflow efficiency Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for professional healthcare audiencesSelf-directed, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision Based in the Kalispell / Flathead Valley area and available for periodic in-person coordination Preferred Qualifications Experience with Squarespace or similar CMS platforms Background in healthcare, psychology, or education marketing Experience with direct mail production and vendor coordination Understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (not required)Work Environment & Schedule This is a part-time, contract (1099) or W-2 position starting at 10–15 hours per week, with potential to grow. Schedule is flexible and can be arranged around other commitments. Most work can be done remotely, with occasional in-person meetings in Kalispell for planning and material review. The role may expand in scope and hours as the marketing program matures. Compensation $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with healthcare marketing experience or advanced design skills may be offered the higher end of the range.
