Brand Management & Marketing Operations Los Angeles, CA Job SummaryThe Brand Management and Marketing Operations Consultant will support the Brand Management and Marketing team in the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives, marketing operations, and sales support materials. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining presentations, one-sheets, go-to-market materials, timelines, and operational tools that support licensing, retail, and franchise initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in brand management, licensing, or consumer products, excels in PowerPoint and presentation development, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain templates for one-sheets, go-to-market plans, and brand plansCreate presentations, pitch decks, and sales support materials for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate the review, routing, and approval process for marketing and brand materialsDevelop operational tools, timelines, and process documentation to support department workflowsMaintain brand calendars and track key milestone deliverablesCollaborate with retail, licensing, and cross-functional teams to support sell-in initiativesSupport day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination activitiesEnsure consistency and accuracy across presentations, templates, and marketing documentsAssist with trafficking materials, maintaining reference documents, and organizing shared resourcesContribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and team collaborationJob RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, licensing, consumer products, or related fieldsEntertainment industry experience preferred; consumer products and licensing experience strongly preferredAdvanced PowerPoint skills, including creation of executive-level presentations and development of new templatesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functional teamsSelf-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work with minimal supervisionPositive attitude, adaptability, and ability to take direction effectivelyStrong attention to detail and follow-through on deliverablesEducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience requiredWork ExperienceExperience supporting brand marketing, licensing, franchise management, or consumer products initiatives requiredExperience creating presentations, sales materials, and operational process documentation requiredExperience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and departments preferred
