CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT ( COTA ) Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support. Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
