Overview In this role you will lead the development of real-time detection and tracking algorithms for OPIR platforms, shaping robust missile tracking in cluttered environments. You will own algorithm design from concept to integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate performance using simulations and real-world data. Your work will directly impact target discrimination and track custody on space and system platforms, contributing to advanced defense capabilities. This is an opportunity to apply Kalman filtering and estimation techniques at scale in a mission-critical setting.
