Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:Operate equipment to apply chemical & fertilizer to farm fieldsMaintenance of machinery/equipmentDeliver fertilizer, chemical, water and anhydrous to operatorsFill anhydrous tanksAssist with chemical and seed warehouse activitiesRequirements BASIC REQUIREMENTS:High school diplomaMust have or be able to obtain Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, and be an insurable driverMust be able to pass DOT required physical and related drug testAbility to operate tractors, semi's, grain trucks, loaders, and conveyorsAvailability to work extended hours during peak seasonsComputer and data entry skillsMust be able to follow directions and effectively communicate with othersAgriculture background preferred but not requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift 75lbs., climb ladders and/or rail cars, stairs, and binsMay also be required to work in confined spacesMust be able to work in grain dust and during inclement weatherMust be able to perform all physical requirements of the positionPrevious experience preferred, will train the right candidate.Salary Description
