Our employees deliver on our mission and achieve success by working together to provide excellent customer service and patient care.Position SummaryPerform operational duties to provide safe and nutritious food to patients and customers in the Saint Anthony Hospital cafeteria, Physicians' Dining, and catering events.ResponsibilitiesPrepares, assembles, delivers and/or serves meals and nourishments for patients, cafeteria, Physicians' Dining room, and catering events. Sets up catering events following established departmental catering standards.Performs tray line tasks with an above average degree of accuracy. Receives all deliveries and assures accurate quantity and quality of products. Ensures and performs proper storage of merchandise. Performs cashier duties in the cafeteria and Physicians' Dining Room. Execute proper cleaning and sanitation of dishware, pots and pans. Ensures proper sanitation of Foodservice facilities. Delivers tube feeding and floor stock to patient care areas.Completes quality control records/logs as appropriate and reports deviations to supervisor.
