MEP Sr Estimator - Mechanical Construction

Mechanical Senior EstimatorWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Senior Estimator to lead the development of accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale commercial construction projects. This role evaluates HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes from conceptual design through final bid.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for projects typically exceeding $20M.Analyze drawings and specifications to develop comprehensive pricing.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals.Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams on design-build and plan/spec pursuits.Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks.Participate in client presentations and post-bid negotiations.Qualifications:8+ years of mechanical estimating experience on large commercial projects.Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.Proficiency with estimating software and Bluebeam.Benefits:Competitive base salary with performance bonusesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceGenerous PTO and paid holidaysLife and disability insuranceTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesRelocation assistance for qualified candidates
