Director of Recruiting

*Candidates must live on the East Coast and be open to travel*CV Resources has partnered with a successful logistics company seeking a Director of Recruiting to support national growth of its independent contractor carrier network within final mile delivery.This is a leadership role focused on scaling—not a traditional desk-based recruiting position.Responsibilities:Own national carrier recruiting strategy and pipelineDrive activation speed and conversionManage recruiter performanceOversee compliance alignmentBuild referral channels and support operations capacityBackground:Experience recruiting 1099 carriers, ideally in final mile or delivery environmentsExposure to building contractor networks and managing onboarding/compliance (COIs, activation)Familiarity with white glove or big & bulky deliveryExperience leading recruiting teams and working against volume/cost targetsAbility to recruit in hard-to-fill or rural markets
