Litigation Counsel

A growing real estate organization is seeking a full-time Landlord–Tenant Collections Attorney to join its in-house legal team.This role supports a high-volume practice focused on eviction proceedings, collections, and related litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:Guide clients through all stages of the eviction process with clear, practical adviceProvide legal counsel via phone, email, and virtual consultationsDraft and review legal documents, including notices, pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreementsConduct legal research, manage case strategy, and prepare for hearings and trialsRepresent clients in court, including arguing motions and negotiating settlementsCollaborate with internal teams to move cases efficiently toward resolutionMaintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients, courts, and staffConduct investigations, discovery, and prepare exhibits for legal proceedingsQualifications:2–4+ years of litigation experience (required)Background in landlord–tenant law, collections, commercial litigation, or bankruptcy preferredStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompensation Details: $145,000 - $175,000 base salary
