Product Engineer

Employment Type: Contract (6 months, potential extension) Status: Accepting Candidates About the role Seeking a Product Engineer to support a Microsystems team delivering secure microelectronics for aerospace, defense, and space applications. This role focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) , product sustainment, and full lifecycle management, collaborating cross-functionally to meet technical and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead product engineering and analysis of microelectronic assemblies including BGA, chiplets, interposers, and PCBs Drive NPI launches and product sustainment, supporting production transition Create and manage technical documentation (test plans, manufacturing plans, qualification documents, specifications, procedures) Support manufacturing setup, process development, and product readiness Apply systems thinking , conduct trade studies, and manage risk in project execution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Materials, or Computer Engineering/Science 5+ years of experience in semiconductor/microelectronics Experience with PLM systems (Oracle, Agile) Experience in manufacturing readiness and technical documentation Knowledge of risk management and project planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
