To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Title:ServiceNow Architect (Service Bridge) Location:Remote Type:Direct Hire Summary:Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Service Bridge to lead the design and integration of cross-instance ServiceNow environments. This role is customer-facing and requires someone who can confidently lead architectural discussions, design scalable solutions, and partner with both internal teams and external organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture, including integrations, data models, and governanceLead the design and implementation of Service Bridge solutions connecting internal and external ServiceNow instancesArchitect scalable solutions across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service CatalogDesign secure provider/consumer Service Bridge architectures and cross-instance workflowsEstablish best practices for instance-to-instance integrations, data exchange, and workflow orchestrationConfigure and optimize Service Bridge integrations for performance, reliability, and securityDevelop and maintain API integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server architectureSupport integration with external enterprise systems (ERP, asset management, partner platforms)Maintain CMDB data structures and support service mapping initiativesProvide hands‑on configuration including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and WorkflowsCollaborate with stakeholders, lead architecture workshops, and drive design reviewsDocument architecture decisions, integration frameworks, and governance standardsRequired QualificationsStrong experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on Service Bridge implementationsProven ability to design and integrate multiple ServiceNow instances across organizationsDeep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, including CMDB, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and scriptingExpertise in REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server architecture, and instance-to-instance integrationsExperience working in customer-facing roles, leading discussions and advising stakeholdersStrong understanding of security, data governance, and enterprise integration best practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience integrating ServiceNow with external partners, vendors, or service providersFamiliarity with ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Experience supporting asset management environments (HAM/SAM)Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., CMMC, ISO27001)To Apply for this Job Click Here Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
