Director of Accounting

A well-established healthcare organization in Howard County, MD is looking for a Director of Accounting to serve as the top finance leader for the organization.What You'll Do:Own the full accounting cycle — monthly close, GL maintenance, budgeting, and financial reportingPresent financial results to senior leadership and the boardManage AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and annual audit coordinationLead and develop a small accounting teamWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of accounting management experienceHealthcare or nonprofit background strongly preferredStrong presentation and communication skillsCPA and/or Master's degree preferred, not required
