This position reports to the Partnership Manager Americas and works closely with global colleagues. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Art Basel’s account management and operational execution, focusing on the Miami Beach Show.Your Responsibilities: Account ManagementManage a portfolio of partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day relationship management and deliveryAct as the main point of contact for partners on operational and benefit-related mattersEnsure partner satisfaction through the successful execution of agreed benefits, including on-site activations and digital integrationsMaintain clear, proactive communication with partners throughout the show lifecycleOperational Delivery & Project ManagementLead the planning and execution of partner benefits for the Miami Beach showGuide partners on event logistics and procedures to ensure seamless activationsEnsure full delivery of contractual commitments, including on-site activationsManage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and timelinesTrack deliverables and ensure all milestones are metCross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Digital, VIP, Operations, Galleries) and external partnersAlign all stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and expectationsEnsure all partner-related materials and activations are delivered on time and to the highest standardOn-site Show ExecutionSupport on-site delivery during the Miami Beach showOversee partner activations, logistics, and installationsAct as a key on-site contact, resolving issues quickly and effectivelyReporting & TrackingMaintain accurate tracking of partner activities and deliverablesSupport post-show reporting and partner debriefsEnsure proper documentation across internal systems (CRM, reports, etc.)Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development (arts, luxury, or related industries preferred)Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)Familiarity with design tools (Adobe or similar) is an advantageFluent in English; Spanish is a plusClient-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindsetStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTeam player with excellent communication skills
