We reward commitment, talent and the drive for excellence.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssembly of water faucet and pressure valve components using powered and manual hand tools, such as air screwdrivers, impact wrenches, and power drillsVisually inspect component parts for defects prior to assemblyFollow written and verbal work instructionsIdentify parts required to complete assemblyNotify supervisor of part shortagesLight assembly of smaller products, subassembly of components, picking and packing parts, etc.Required Skills/Abilities:Must have basic math skills and computer skillsGood communication skills - English requiredEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentManufacturing experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to Lift up to 35 pounds.Other physical demands of the job include, but are not limited to, bending, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking.Pay and Benefits:Starting salary is $17.68 or more, depending on experience.Pay rate can increase by $1.25 per hour for perfect attendancePlenty of overtime opportunitiesPaid weekly - Direct deposit optionalBCBS of Illinois medical insurance plan.Optional dental and vision coverage.Disability and life insurance.Pension and 401k plans.(10) paid holidays, paid time off (PTO) days, and paid sick leave (PSL) dayWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to our customers, employees and the community in which we live.
