This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI education, digital tools, and global collaboration while contributing to impactful projects that advance AI adoption in business and education.Duration: A short-term engagement with the possibility to extend. The probational period will last 3months.Ideal Profile for the Candidate should:Role & Focus: Assist with project coordination, research, and content organization for U.S. operations, including preparing presentations and supporting cross-functional collaboration.Exposure to innovation and performance analytics would be a plus.Support for U.S. Initiatives: The intern will help streamline processes, prepare materials for presentations, and contribute to research that informs decision-making with a focus on U.S. operations – but also other North American initiatives.Location & Time Zone: Ideally based in the New York area. (Open to the possibility of working remotely if in a similar time zone.) Are willing to accommodate to ensure smooth coordination. Sometimes needed to accommodate time to coordinate with our team based in Spain.Startup mentality: Be ready to be flexible, learn, and present new ideas and findings.Location: Hybrid ideally. In New York City, it would be a hybrid of working in the office and remotely. Remote option also availble.Expected Skills: Native-level English proficiency is essential. (mandatory)Solid business knowledge and the ability to work independently. (mandatory)Experience working remotely and comfortably with digital collaboration tools.Interested and has some knowledge about AI – does not have to be super advanced. (Desirable)Familiarity with U.S. culture and business context (ideally someone who has lived in the U.S. or has significant exposure). (mandatory)Detail-oriented and can give and receive feedback. (mandatory)Job role and tasks: Take the course AI & Innovation and give feedback for improvement.Run Weekly Masterclasses and MeetupsManage the Founderz support boxManage internal activity of students – respond to the internal activity of students – respond to their comments, concerns, and gather student feedback to improve our programs.AI Research – Helping Founderz stay up to date with AI advancements as well as other competitors' offerings, and how Founderz compares.Startup mentality - Present your own ideas to Founderz and get involved.Working Hours:This job is looking for someone who can commit 8 hours/day. There is an option to have a more flexible working schedule of 4/6/8 hours per day – but it needs to be coordinated in advance.Long-term View:At Founderz, we want you to grow, give your ideas, and become a part of the projects and initiatives. In the long term, this role may evolve and grow – adding more responsibilities. Being open to change and being willing to grow are important. Also, a willingness and flexibility to travel and help out with filming and course development.
