Job Description Outpatient Gastroenterology OpportunityOur organization is on the lookout for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Gastroenterologist to become part of a thriving practice that prioritizes exceptional patient care, teamwork, and a fulfilling work atmosphere.We are affiliated with a 417-bed regional tertiary care facility, recognized as a Level 2 Trauma Center, which features a cutting-edge endoscopy suite staffed by skilled professionals.Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $800,000Productivity Bonuses: Available from the first dayStarting and Retention Bonuses: Up to $180,000Additional Benefits:Relocation assistanceCME reimbursementPaid malpractice insuranceComprehensive benefits packagePractice Support and StructureOur team includes two fellowship-trained advanced GI specialists, and we provide support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). All hospital and emergency department calls are managed by the inpatient GI service. Hepatology and transplant support is offered by visiting subspecialists twice a month, along with a full-time, experienced hepatology APP. ERCP call is available for qualified physicians interested in participating.We utilize Epic EMR and the latest Provation software for endoscopy documentation. Our general surgery team is experienced and provides 24/7 in-house trauma and ACS services. A colorectal fellowship-trained surgeon is set to join our team in the fall of 2025, and our pathology group includes two specialists with GI pathology fellowships.
