You will be responsible to prepare and deliver all catered orders accurately and on time. You will also use your marketing and sales skills to generate new business for catering at Panera Bread.This is a first shift position - typically Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays) -hours are generallyearly morning to mid-afternoon. You can make GREAT TIPS!As a Catering Lead you will:Own the success of the catering operationsTake, place and prepare catering orders and teach others to do so effectivelyMaintain accurate and detailed guest database, collect payments and follow up with catering guests to ensure satisfactionKeep work area neat and clean while following all safety and sanitation proceduresDisplay an ability to interact positively with all team members, managers and guests on a consistent basisThis opportunity is for you if:You have a valid driver license, clean drivers record and reliable transportation for local deliveriesYou have proof of insuranceYou have excellent customer service skills - are polite, courteous, respectful, and maintain a professional appearance.You are organized and detail orientedYou have the ability to communicate effectively with guests and your teammatesYou are able to work a flexible schedule with early start timesYou are over the age of 18You have food service or retail sales experience (preferred but not required)You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and be able to bend,reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or withoutreasonable accommodationsWe are closed Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.Click here to see the impact that we've made across our communities - Come grow with us - join one of the fastest growing concepts in the country!
