Role Description We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic for a full-time, on-site position at our Orlando, FL location. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and heavy equipment. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and ensuring that fleet vehicles operate efficiently and safely. The role requires a focus on quality repair work, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to minimizing customer downtime. Qualifications Experience with Diesel Mechanics and knowledge of heavy equipment repairProficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Equipment MaintenanceSkills in Preventive Maintenance and the ability to identify and address mechanical issues proactivelyStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPrevious experience in fleet or diesel repair is a plusTechnical certifications in diesel mechanics or related fields are highly desirable
