This role will drive strategy for our two-year \"For the Kids\" campaign to raise $20M+ and manage a mature portfolio of major foundation relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSteward and grow relationships with major institutional fundersWrite compelling grant proposals and reportsIdentify and cultivate new foundation prospectsLead foundation strategy for the \"For the Kids\" campaignManage and mentor a grant writerQualifications7+ years of foundation relations or grant writing experienceKnowledge of the Boston philanthropic landscape preferredExceptional writing ability and journalistic sensibilityTrack record of meeting ambitious revenue goalsGenuine passion for ending family homelessnessProven ability to supervise and mentor staff
