Assembly Line BuilderJoin our team and enjoy a 3-day weekend!4 10's Monday- ThursdayWe offer great benefitsHealthVisionDentalLifePTOJob DescriptionJob Summary: The Assembly Line Builder is responsible for initiating the production line and maintaining proper line speed to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cabinets. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment using tools such as staple guns and hot melt equipment.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shiftControl and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are metAssemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production toolsMonitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delaysFollow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assemblyInspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.Identify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concernsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flowFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualificationsQualifications & Skills:Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityPrevious experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferredManufacturing or assembly line production experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to follow detailed work instructionsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and graspingAbility to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variationsSchedule & Work Environment:Shift:1st: Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm2nd: Monday- Thursday 5pm-3:30amOvertime may be required based on production needs (falls on Fridays)Manufacturing/production floor environmentAdditional InformationHiring for 1st shift and 2nd shift1st shift hours: Monday-Thursday 6 am- 4:30 pm2nd shift hours: Monday- Thursday 5 pm- 3:30 amFor nearly 70 years, MasterBrand has been shaping the places where people come together, enriching lives and creating meaningful memories for our customers.
