Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!Job DescriptionSUMMARY OF POSITIONProvide therapy to clients in a school setting while maintaining good clinical judgement.This position is located at Tullahoma City Schools may be subject to change.Masters level intern to provide therapy services in a school based setting.Full time internship is a non-paid position.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family and group therapy as part of internship required by Master's program in counseling, marriage/family therapy, social work, or related field of study.Perform initial assessments, maintain treatment plans and complete all clinical documentation.Ability to formulate a diagnosis upon completion of intake assessmentComplete timely clinical documentationCreate and update treatment plans according to policyProvide therapy services based upon assessment of clinical needs and diagnosisRespond to supervisory communication including urgent care situations and other clinical needs as applicable in virtual or face to face settingsKeep administrative and clinical supervisor informed of all potential issues that could impact the program or the organization Respond to needs of clients in a timely and professional mannerDemonstrate good clinical judgment in client care Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.QualificationsEducation Level Minimum education level of bachelor's degree and a student in good standing currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work.Years Of ExperienceN/ACertification/Licensure N/APhysical RequirementsStanding – 20%Sitting – 80%Squatting – Occasional Kneeling – Occasional Bending – Occasional Driving – Occasional Lifting – Occasional DISCLAIMERThe duties and responsibilities described in this document are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time, or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.Time TypePart timePay Range$0.00--$0.00BenefitsDelivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
