Job Requirements: Greet walk-in and telephone customers to help with their parts inquires Research and fill customer parts orders, requests, and estimates Place daily orders from multiple equipment parts vendors Receive, pull, and ship customer parts orders Communicate with customers about upcoming parts sales / specials and any current or upcoming parts requests or purchases Evaluate and discuss with each customers their parts & ongoing customer service experience with us Follow proper cash account procedures Receive payment or obtain credit authorization Ensure maximum sales volume Handle customer complaints tactfully and thoughtfully, keeping Parts Manger advised of all issues Keep the parts counter clean and orderly Make outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email Responsible for all weekly inventory counts in the warehouse Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory as a daily operation function.
