In this role, you'll lead installations, mentor team members, and identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions—turning every customer interaction into a high-quality experience and potential growth opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & InstallationsLead residential electrical installations including wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring all work meets safety standards and local building codesOversee job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to Bell Brothers' quality standardsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentMentor and support junior electricians and installers, providing guidance, training, and on-the-job coachingFoster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environmentMaintenance & TroubleshootingDiagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring safe and effective repairsServe as the escalation point for challenging service callsCustomer Experience & Revenue GrowthDeliver exceptional customer service with clear communication, professionalism, and trust-buildingIdentify opportunities for system upgrades, enhancements, or additional services that add value for the customerProvide accurate estimates and recommendations to support revenue growthOperational ExcellenceMaintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, materials, and recommendationsEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company proceduresContinuous ImprovementStay current on electrical codes, technologies, and best practicesContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfactionQualificationsExperience: Proven experience in residential electrical installation, with leadership or lead-level responsibilities preferredLicensing: Valid electrician's license/certification per local and state requirementsSkills:Strong technical expertise in residential electrical systemsLeadership and team development skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication and customer-facing skillsPhysical Requirements: Ability to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions; must have strong physical stamina and dexterityBenefitsCompetitive Pay: Hourly wage with performance-based growth opportunitiesHealth Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement: 401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off: Vacation, holidays, and sick leave #BELLPPay Range$29—$45 USDWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
