Our Hamilton Bathware operation focuses on high-volume acrylic bath product manufacturing, delivering quality products efficiently and safely to customers nationwide.We are looking for a hands-on Finishing / Repair Supervisor to lead a critical part of our production operation and help drive quality, efficiency, and team performance on the manufacturing floor.The OpportunityThis role is responsible for overseeing the final stages of production before products are packaged and shipped to customers. You’ll lead teams through inspection, repair, sanding, buffing, painting, patching, and packaging operations while ensuring production flow, quality standards, and labor efficiency stay on track.This is an ideal opportunity for a manufacturing leader who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, improving processes, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoLead day-to-day finishing and repair operations on the production floorManage workflow from inspection through packaging and warehouse releaseSupervise sanding, buffing, painting, patching, and repair processesEnsure finished products meet quality standards before shipmentMonitor labor performance, throughput, and operational efficiencyAnalyze production trends and help improve processesCollaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teamsCoach and develop production employees while maintaining accountabilityHelp drive continuous improvement initiatives across the departmentMaintain a strong floor presence and support team performance throughout the shiftWhat Success Looks LikeIn your first 6–12 months, success will include:Maintaining strong production flow and throughputReducing rejected units and repair/rework issuesMeeting labor and cost-per-unit goalsDelivering quality finished products on timeBuilding positive employee engagement and accountabilitySupporting a safe, organized, and efficient production environmentImproving operational performance through problem-solving and process improvementsWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on manufacturing leadership role in a fast-paced production environment.Candidates should expect:A physically active role with extended time on the production floorA hot, dirty, industrial manufacturing environmentA fast-moving operation with changing production demandsApproximately 45–55 work hours weeklyOvertime and occasional weekend work as neededA leadership role that is primarily floor-based rather than office-basedThis position is approximately 90% production floor leadership and 10% administrative work.What We’re Looking ForPreferred candidates will have:Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experienceExperience in high-volume production environmentsStrong problem-solving and process improvement abilitiesAbility to analyze KPIs and operational trendsExposure to lean manufacturing conceptsStrong communication and team leadership skillsComfort working in physically demanding industrial settingsA hands-on leadership style with strong urgency and accountabilitySuccessful candidates are typically:CoachableCuriousCreative problem-solversComfortable leading directly on the production floorAdaptable under changing operational demandsFormal education is helpful but not required.
