As an FMV Imagery Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions by analyzing real‑time and historical FMV data to extract actionable intelligence. You will work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams to provide timely and accurate assessments, contribute to mission planning, and support decision‑making processes.ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced‑level FMV/imagery analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze targeting methodology.Have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.Be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence‑related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.Perform at a highly proficient level on core imagery intelligence (IMINT) analysis and full motion video (FMV) exploitation with recent, hands‑on experience.Type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard.Perform advanced‑level FMV/imagery analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products.Produce advanced‑level imagery analysis products, intelligence systems architecture, and evaluate procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements.Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks as required.Attend government‑provided training on the duties, responsibilities and TTPs of an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC).Be able to serve as an ITC.QualificationsCleared at the TOP SECRET level with SCI.Operational and tactical‑level intelligence experience, including general experience in targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.Have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts.Proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence‑related automation.Advanced‑level FMV/imagery analysis experience supporting Special Operations mission regional and point analysis.Six years of operational and tactical‑level intelligence experience, including general experience in targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems.Military personnel who have two years of hands‑on FMV analysis experience within JSOC meet the minimum requirement.Level 1: Four years hands‑on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience in the last six years.Level 2: Six years hands‑on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience in the last eight years.Eligible to obtain a visa if required.May be required to pass a polygraph test, depending on customer‑specific needs.Can deploy as an ISR Tactical Controller (ITC) while on the JGASS II contract.To be considered for deployment, the analyst must be proficient in FMV Analyst roles and responsibilities and pass an ITC course scheduled when up for deployment.Equal Opportunity EmployeriQuasar LLC is an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
