The HubSpot Specialist is responsible for executing, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot across a portfolio of client accounts. This is a hands‐on, mid‐level role focused on building clean systems, reliable automation, and accurate reporting that support lead generation and sales execution.You'll work closely with Account Leads to translate growth strategy into a well‐structured, high‐performing HubSpot instance.Responsibilities: HubSpot Execution & AdministrationOwn day‐to‐day HubSpot configuration across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRMBuild and maintain workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, and lead routingManage properties, lists, pipelines, and data structureTroubleshoot issues and proactively identify improvementsOnboard clients in new HubSpot hubs and toolsLead Generation & Funnel SupportSupport lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and MQL → SQL handoffBuild and manage forms, landing pages, emails, and campaigns as neededEnsure attribution, tracking, and funnel logic are set up correctlyMaintain list hygiene and data quality standardsConfigure deal pipelines, stages, tasks, and sales automationSupport sales teams with dashboards, reports, and CRM improvementsAssist with HubSpot onboarding and ongoing usage best practicesReporting & PerformanceBuild and maintain dashboards aligned to client and internal KPIsEnsure reporting accuracy across marketing and sales metricsPartner with strategists to surface insights from HubSpot dataParticipate in client calls when HubSpot context or execution is requiredWork closely with Account Executives, Content and Creative Team Members and clientsDocument processes, configurations, and standardsWhat should you know? You've got a great start if you have experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google business marketing platforms. You should be able to think creatively about matching client goals to audience targets and relevant content messaging. And articulate the "what" and the "so what" of plans and campaigns you develop.We have a lot of clients working in HubSpot, so candidates familiar with HubSpot or other lead generation software—especially those with HubSpot certifications—will move to the front of the line!Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (agency experience strongly preferred)Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales HubExperience building workflows, automation, and lifecycle logicUnderstanding of B2B lead generation and sales processesComfortable supporting multiple clients and prioritiesDetail-oriented, organized, and execution-focusedExperience with standard HubSpot integrationsFamiliarity with RevOps concepts and funnel metricsStrong company cultureEnhanced holiday & time off scheduleHealth, Vision, & Dental Insurance with company contribution401(k)/Roth 401(k) with company matchPaid maternity/paternity leaveMonthly office meal allowanceFree beverages & snacksAdditional fringe benefits (just ask!)Job Level: Mid-levelSalary: $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experienceLocation: Fully Remote (Must be based in IA, NE, SD, or NC)Antidote 71 #J-18808-Ljbffr
