Job Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction to completionBuild baseline, bid, and proposal schedules in collaboration with teams and trade partnersPerform schedule updates, forecasts, and resource loading using Primavera P6 (and future systems)Track critical paths, float, constraints, and milestonesProvide monthly schedule reports, narratives, and KPI metricsIdentify and communicate risks, delays, productivity impacts, and changesSupport cost impact analysis, change orders, claims, and dispute resolutionEnsure contractual compliance in scheduling communicationsDeliver hands-on training to project and self-perform teamsAssist in migrating FLINT's scheduling platform from P6 to Oracle Primavera CloudChampion process improvements and standard operating procedures for scheduling across divisionsJob Requirements, Qualifications, Characteristics:7+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in schedulingDemonstrated expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) schedulingDeep knowledge of construction methods, workflows, sequencingAbility to interpret plans, specs, and submittalsFamiliar with job cost reporting, cost accounting, and change order processesProficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and BluebeamExposure to 4D/BIM scheduling, data visualization tools, and modern scheduling techOutstanding communicator, collaborator, and critical thinkerWilling to travel locally to job sites within FLINT's service areas
