Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and team management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a grocery store environment.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure the store meets sales goals and profitability targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
- Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery store setting
- Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory management practices
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team effectively
