You'll partner with established leaders and cross-functional teams to keep programs moving, surface operational gaps, and help build lightweight systems that improve how we work.What You Will DoDefine and Lead Organization-Wide ProgramsProgram Execution & CoordinationManage day-to-day execution of cross-functional programs across Product, DSA, and EngineeringTrack milestones, dependencies, and risks; flag issues early and drive them to resolutionSupport recurring operational forums (data reviews, product reviews) — prep materials, capture decisions, and follow up on action itemsData & Metrics SupportPartner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to support data quality tracking and dashboard maintenancePull and analyze data independently using SQL to support operational and reporting needsHelp document ownership and standards for key metrics and reporting workflowsAssist in monitoring ETL pipeline health and escalating issues appropriatelySupport operational data cleanup efforts, including legal file data clearing and maintenance after initial direction is providedOperational ImprovementsIdentify friction points in existing workflows and propose practical, low-overhead fixesHelp build or refine playbooks, intake processes, and coordination mechanismsSupport rollout and adoption of new processes across teamsStakeholder CommunicationPrepare clear status updates and program summaries for senior stakeholdersFacilitate alignment meetings and ensure follow-through on decisionsWhat You Bring4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or a related roleStrong program management and operational execution experienceSolid understanding of data systems, analytics workflows, or instrumentationComfortable writing SQL queries and pulling data independently (full Data Science expertise is not required)Ability to work through operational and data-clearing tasks with minimal oversight after initial guidanceStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyClear, direct communicator — written and verbalComfortable operating in ambiguity and ramping quickly in a fast-moving environmentExperience at a mid-to-large tech company preferredYou AreA force multiplier who significantly increases the effectiveness of the entire organization.A builder and operator, equally skilled in defining strategy and driving execution.A clear, direct communicator who can influence effectively at all levels without direct authority.Energized by scale, ambiguity, and high-stakes, complex problems.For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
