Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual dynamic Campus Recruiter based in Atlanta, GA to support early‑career hiring for engineering and rotational programs. This Virtual W2 contract includes 10–20% travel to campuses, career fairs, and recruiting events. The recruiter will focus exclusively on engineering‑aligned talent and will help build a strong pipeline of interns, co‑ops, and early‑career engineers for multiple functional areas. A key part of this role involves supporting rotational engineering programs, where new hires spend structured time in different engineering disciplines before being placed in their long‑term role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for internships, co‑ops, and early‑career engineering and rotational program hires
Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including traveling to campus events (10–20%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculty, career centers, and student organizations
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for specialized engineering and technical roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand program needs, rotation structure, and selection timelines
Represent the company at career fairs, information sessions, and networking events
Maintain timely and accurate candidate data within the ATS
Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience from application to offer
Provide hiring activity reports and insights as needed
Support cross‑functional collaboration and smooth onboarding processes
Qualifications
2-4 years of campus recruiting or early‑career recruiting experience required
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to describe past success in filling niche, hard‑to‑fill, or technical roles
Experience supporting multiple hiring managers simultaneously
Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment cycles in fast‑paced environments
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
Experience with Yello is preferred
Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
