Oversee the setup and smooth operation of CNC machines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Work closely with the production team to swiftly address and resolve any machining-related challenges, maintaining production flow. Conduct routine maintenance and precise calibration of CNC equipment, upholding accuracy and reliability. Analyze production metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement, implementing effective solutions to boost productivity. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards, ensuring a safe and high-quality production environment. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Demonstrated expertise in CNC programming and machining practices. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC machine functionalities. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-focused setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and optimal machining practices.
