We’re seeking a natural leader with strong communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping people. You’ll guide our front office and support our clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly, efficiently, and with a smile.
What You’ll Do
Oversee front office staff duties and coordinate clinical staff schedules
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
Maintain accurate records and organize our practice management system
Handle daily bookkeeping, deposits, and financial posting
Process mail and deliveries; manage inventory and supply orders
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance, process claims, and resolve billing issues
Collect and post patient payments; manage accounts receivable
Coordinate patient care and ensure a welcoming, compassionate experience
Serve as the on-site liaison and consultant to the practice owner
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of dental office management or administrative experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and office software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and navigate stressful situations with ease
Ability to resolve conflict professionally and confidently
Proven capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to team success
High ethical standards – an upstanding role model for staff and patients
Ability to handle all patient and staff matters with discretion and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
