Maintenance Tech 2

Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician II to assist with property maintenance operations. This role is responsible for plumbing, painting, drywall repair, preparing vacant apartments for move-in, and addressing resident service requests.
