Looking for a Sr Integration Support Lead (webMethods) with 8-10 years of experience with the below mentioned skillset and responsibilities.
This position requires minimum 4 days' work from office.
Skills:
8-10 years experience with webMethods
Good understanding of BPMS, Unix servers, shell scripts & Relational Databases
2+ years of experience with ControlM Application, webMethods API Gateway & MFT platform
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of REST/SOAP web services & APIs

Responsibilities:webMethods
Good understanding of IS, Broker, UM, MWS, BPMS, Oracle DB, Unix, SSL certificates
Analyze flow services & BPM models for troubleshooting issues
Handle deployment activities, including package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfixes
ControlM
Take action for failures as needed(kill, force-complete,hold etc..)
Configure SAP & Unix jobs
Calender updates, Workload policy creations, getting new agents installed & upgrading ControlM agents.
Work on Pagerduty Configurations
API Gateway
Good understanding of AWS components like EC2, Fargate, Elastic search etc..
Good understanding of Terraform scripts, REST& SOAP web services
Work on API Gateway & API Portal and webMethods flow services.
MFT
Configure new participants, adapters & relationships in the application.
Good understanding of SSL, PGP, SSH, X509 certificates.
Work with Unix scripts & Oracle DB.
Work with bTrade vendor for tool related issues
Others
Application Support & interface Support
Admin activities like server restarts
Analyze issues, work with application teams and businesses
Work on SOX Audit
Co-ordinate between onsite & offshore for better hand-over
Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments, basic shell scripting, and SQL.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and middleware integration patterns.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues within defined SLAs, & provide RCA.
Support disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) setups and participate in DR drills

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
