Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We're looking for an AI-Powered Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help organizations transform business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned software, cloud, or integration engineer who has expanded into Generative AI and wants to build production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business impact.As a key member of our growing AI Center of Excellence, you'll work closely with business leaders, architects, engineers, cybersecurity teams, and product stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and bring them to life. If you're passionate about solving real-world problems with AI and enjoy working at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, we'd love to connect.What You'll DoPartner directly with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases with strong business value.Design, build, deploy, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI solutions from concept to production.Develop secure, scalable AI-powered applications using modern cloud-native architectures.Create AI-enabled integrations across enterprise platforms and business systems.Implement Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks.Build APIs, microservices, and cloud services that support AI and automation workloads.Collaborate with enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, engineering, integration, cybersecurity, product, and data teams.Establish best practices for AI architecture, governance, observability, security, and deployment.Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation to accelerate solution delivery.Monitor performance, optimize outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve deployed AI applications.Produce technical documentation, architectural artifacts, and operational runbooks.Contribute to the growth of the AI Center of Excellence through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and standards development.What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications9+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise integration development.Recent hands-on experience delivering enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions.Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI architecture patterns.Experience with:Prompt EngineeringRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)AI Evaluation and Testing FrameworksAI Orchestration and Agent FrameworksCloud-native development experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.Strong programming skills in:PythonJavaJavaScriptExperience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.Experience with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.Knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity management, and enterprise security controls.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
