Apply via Dice today!Job Title: Oracle Cloud Program ManagerLocation: Southern California (Onsite/Hybrid – Local Candidates Preferred)Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams including Finance, HCM, and SCM. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and program governance skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Oracle Cloud programs from initiation through delivery and post-go-live supportOversee multiple project workstreams including Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud implementationsDefine program roadmap, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesManage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and offshore resourcesEnsure alignment with business objectives and drive successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutionsEstablish and maintain program governance, risk management, and reporting structuresEngage with executive stakeholders and provide regular status updatesIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetDrive continuous improvement and best practices in program managementRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in IT program/project management5+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP/HCM/SCM)Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and modulesProven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise programsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in onsite-offshore delivery modelsStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesPreferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certificationExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesPrior experience working with clients in the Southern California regionKnowledge of change management and digital transformation initiatives
